Nu NRG return once again, coming at you from the twin barrels of Vandit Records and Monster Tunes. The original mix of ‘Casino’ gets itself all hot under the collar with an opening avalanche of very strong psy-acid scribble, underpinned with a thunderous kick drum. The break drops in a life-threateningly large synth and starts to pump itself up with all the sonic energy of a jet engine, and the pay-off delivers a treat, eliminating the drum entirely seconds before ‘Casino’ lifts off. Great release.
