Four different versions of a track originally written by Funk D’Void & Sian appear on Somas 230th release. Funk D’Void’s ‘Cocktail Mix’ plods along at a fairly slow pace with old school sounding bassline and atmospheric pads. Sian’s ‘Leopardskin Mix’ is a darker version but still lacks any thud in the percussion. Surprisingly it’s Onionz who supplies the pick with his Corrosion Mix. Make no mistakes, it’s a serious hip-swinger! A tech house alternative from Djinxx completes the package.
