Selecta Beats was born from a dream of passionate people who all had a strong club experience and had been party to various music influences such as house, funk, jazz, afro and latino.

Patrick Balzat, Joaquin Baixa & Arnaud Guerry are 3 dj’s - producers who decided they would like to share their wide musical knowledge to establish Selecta Beats as a platform for new talents to express themselves .

The aim of the label is to be open to artists from various origins and to offer a musical platform based on sensuality, happiness and the combination of acoustics creations and electronic culture .

The first releases have been well received by aficionados like Miguel Migs, Rae & Christian, Kraak & Smaak, All Good Funk Alliance, Scott Wozniak, Osunlade, Dennis Ferrer, … Selecta Beats is an open window between the world and the 3 founders studio but also a way to share the sounds that make them vibrate with the ears of the whole planet.
