Influx Audio was started by UK native and Los Angeles Transplant DJ kazell, who has been known for keeping Los Angeles on the dance Music map during rough musical times with his world class Djing and quality production. His efforts with Mike Hiratzka ‘ Reaction’ followed by ‘In your eyes’ on record label Alternative Route have earned him the respect not only in Los Angeles but in the world. People in high places took notice and before anyone knew it the dynamic duo had remixed Sinead O’ Conner’s “My Lagan Love.” To which they received much applaud.

Kazell first became known for his hypnotic, soulful and funky grooves in the mid 1990’s, when he toured with Sasha and John Digweed on their North American leg of the Northern Exposure tour. Kazell was later featured on John Digweed’s Kiss 100 radio show and hand picked by John Digweed himself to be his mood setting opening Dj during the recording of the Global Underground 19(L.A.). Kazell went on to release his acclaimed mix album ‘Driven’ on velocity records in 2003.
